Our parties accommodate from 5 to 10 friends who are ready to look and feel their best. You can host a party at your home or attend one of the parties scheduled by FOVA at selected sites.

Please include the # of participants, dates that you are interested in hosting and the address where you would like the party to be held.
Giacinta will contact you to set the date and time and to provide you will all of the necessary details. Each host will receive a host incentive for booking. A $10 per person travel fee will apply.
For your convenience, your treatment can take place in your home or at the injector’s place of business. You will receive an appointment confirmation and reminders as your appointment approaches.

Face of the Valley Aesthetics is a botox only mobile business. Areas of the face that can be treated are forehead, between the eyes, around the eyes, nasal lines around the nose and lower face. Additional areas of concern can be discussed with your injector.

Get 5 to 10 friends to attend the party. Once your appointment is created, you will be able to create an account in our medical record. You may sign and fill in all necessary information prior to event. If you forget, you will be able to complete them at your appointment. DO NOT CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL PRIOR TO SIGNING CONSENT FORMS. If you are a host, please ensure that all participants have signed their consent forms before consuming alcohol. No make-up or creams. Come with a fresh, clean face. A $10 per person travel fee will apply for all parties.
To prepare for the party, be sure to come with a clean face, no makeup, creams or lotions. Post-instructions will be provided in person after your procedure is completed and can also be found in the documents section below. Please note, do not schedule any service after your treatment that requires lying down, excessive sweating or rubbing of the treated areas. No saunas, facials for up to a week after treatment. No heavy exercise or lying down for up to 4 hours post treatment. Please plan accordingly for optimal results. Additional instructions will be provided by your injector at the time of treatment.

Alcohol is not recommend due to a risk of bleeding. At your discretion, alcohol may be consumed in small quantities only AFTER CONSENTS ARE SIGNED.
